Wild West Summer Party
At Sherpa, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences that transport guests to new worlds. Our Wild West Summer Party for 1,200 guests in 2024 was no exception, transforming a serene meadow into a lively, dust-kicked frontier town straight out of the American West.
The Experience:
Upon arrival, guests were transported back in time, greeted by the sounds of Kilmainham Jailers playing spirited Bluegrass Country and Rockabilly tunes. From the Sheriff’s Office to the Cowboy Camp, every detail whisked guests away to the Wild West, with many arriving in incredible costumes.
The event featured Wild West activities like lassoing and mechanical bull riding, along with creative endeavours at the Town Hall, where guests personalised cowboy hats, proudly worn the Hullabaloo Hoedown— an interactive party with games, challenges, and prizes. Meanwhile, in the Town Square, DJs, country bands, and line dancers kept energy high with toe-tapping performances.
For those seeking refreshment, a saloon-inspired bar served top-shelf cocktails and craft beers, while food stations at Chow Town offered hearty, frontier-style fare that delighted every palate.

Venue Procurement: We found and secured the perfect site, sprawling meadows to transform into our Wild West town.
Event Concept and Design: Every element of the event was meticulously planned to immerse guests in the Wild West, from the overall aesthetic to the small, authentic details.
Site Design, Set Design, and Build: Sherpa constructed the entire western town, complete with wooden facades and realistic storefronts.
Event Production: Our team ensured flawless execution from the initial concept to the final farewell, creating an event filled with excitement and seamless transitions.
Main Stage Entertainment: We curated and managed an exceptional lineup of country bands, folk musicians, with professional dancers and performers to keep the energy high.
Interactive Activities: Guests were treated to a range of Wild West-themed activities, including mechanical bull riding, hobby horse races and lassoing challenges.
Unique Bar Concepts: The saloon-inspired bars served an array of top-shelf spirits, with bartenders serving bespoke cocktails and craft beers.
Health and Safety: Comprehensive safety measures were in place, ensuring that all activities were conducted safely and that guests could fully enjoy the experience.
Pre-Event Communications: We provided tailored communication assets to build excitement and anticipation leading up to the event.
